  7. Unjustified Return of Products

(right of unjustified withdrawal) The customer reserves the right to return the products purchased, in accordance with the law on consumer protection, without justification, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: No withdrawal is possible and return is not allowed
1) For special orders (product manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly personalized, upon written agreement – order).
2) Where the products have been modified at the request of the customer
3) For damages caused during the opening of the product, for which the responsibility lies exclusively with the customer.
Returns will be strictly accepted only if the following conditions are met:
1) The product is in its original excellent condition.
The check will be carried out by the person in charge of our online store.
2) The packaging of the product has not been altered or soiled, but is in excellent condition.
3) The product is returned in safe packaging so that it is not damaged during transport.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the transport of the product.
4) Along with the product, all documents that accompanied the product (original proof of purchase / invoice, written guarantee, order form, order confirmation mail and credit card coupon (in case you have paid by credit card) will be returned intact and in excellent condition.
5) If the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift must be returned along with the product, also in excellent condition of it and any accompanying documents.
6) The customer does not exercise his right of withdrawal within the above deadline of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us, notifying him of his decision to withdraw, with an unconditional, conditional and deadline, written statement that will be sent by post (Agias Sofias 42 – Thessaloniki – PC 54622) or by e-mail (sales@epipla-horeca.gr) before the expiration of the above 14-day deadline.
After the notification of the customer’s withdrawal statement, a confirmation of receipt will be sent to his e-mail.
The customer must return the products in secure packaging, so that they are protected during shipment, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which he announced, according to the above, to our online store his decision to withdraw.
The return is at the responsibility of the customer as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.
The cost of return will be borne by the customer Epipla-Horeca.gr will not receive the products if this cost has not already been covered by the customer.
In case the above are not complied with and the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, the return of the product will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to the customer-sender at his own charge.
If the product is received, the withdrawal statement is timely, all the above conditions are met and the above procedure for exercising the customer’s right of withdrawal is followed, the return of the products will be accepted. The refund of the money corresponding to the price of the products ordered by the customer (the original shipping costs are not refundable), will be completed without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the returned products.
The refund will be made by deposit in the customer’s bank account.
For security reasons, the holder of the account number must be the same person indicated on the proof of purchase for the returned product.
In case the customer does not wish a refund but exchange of the product with another or other products, up to the amount of the price paid or with the payment of an additional price, under the express condition that the product to be changed remains intact and unused.
In case the exchanged product is of less value than that of your original order, the Epipla-Horeca.gr will not refund the monetary difference, so you will have to choose an add-on so that your new order is of equal or greater value than the original.
For the above, you must fill in the product(s) in detail in the product withdrawal/return form (Annex 1, after the end of the Terms of Use).
The shipping costs for the new products are borne by the customer and the products will be sent after receipt and inspection of the original product(s), as detailed above (fulfillment of conditions).
Change for a second time, i.e. change of already changed products is not allowed.

  1. Justified Return of Products

In the rare event that the customer receives through his fault Epipla-Horeca.gr proven defective product or product in which an agreed property is missing or damaged during transport or the wrong product, he must inform us immediately describing the problem and letting us know if he wishes to replace or refund his money.
Specifically, in these cases the customer may:

  1. Either refuse to receive the product from the beginning and request the delivery of the product ordered, if it is a shipment of the wrong product or its correction / replacement if it is a defective product or a product lacking an agreed quality.
